At SKS, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused sports equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
